tamamen Bayram Usta'nın eseri. dün akşam bütün mutfak ekibi bunu sardı. biraz irice, porsiyona üç gibi. dün akşam dev gibi bir tencerede pişti. bütün gece tenceresinde soğudu. bugün de dolaba girmeden, ama yeterince dinlenmiş olarak servise çıktı. şiir gibi olmuş. tavsiye ederim.
